Using OurPod

OurPod is a shared household organization service. Access may be limited to invited users, households, or devices.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and to take reasonable steps to protect your sign-in credentials and devices.

You may use OurPod only if you are legally permitted to do so and can agree to these Terms.

Individual sign-in accounts are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority should use OurPod with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Household profiles may represent people who do not have individual OurPod accounts.

Household Access

OurPod is designed for shared use. Information added to a Pod may be visible to other authorized members or devices associated with that Pod, depending on their permissions and the features being used.

Household owners and other authorized users are responsible for managing who has access to their Pod and for removing access when it is no longer appropriate.

Do not access or attempt to access a Pod, account, device, or information that you are not authorized to use.

Your Content

You retain any rights you have in information or content that you add to OurPod.

You give OurPod a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service, provide features you request, share information with authorized members of your Pod, and interact with services you choose to connect.

This license does not give OurPod ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to add, import, store, or share content through OurPod.

Connected Services and Third-Party Content

OurPod may allow you to connect third-party services or import information from external sources.

Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies. Third-party services may change, restrict, interrupt, or discontinue their services at any time, and OurPod cannot guarantee that an integration will always remain available or function without interruption.

When you direct OurPod to import or store content from another source, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of that content is lawful and permitted.

OurPod is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, security, or content of third-party services or websites.

Acceptable Use

You may not use OurPod to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person;
• Access or attempt to access accounts, Pods, systems, or data without authorization;
• Circumvent security or access controls;
• Introduce malware or other harmful or disruptive material;
• Interfere with the operation or security of the service;
• Use automated methods in a way that places unreasonable load on the service; or
• Use OurPod for fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect OurPod, its users, or others.

Reminders, Synchronization, and Important Information

OurPod may provide reminders, notifications, synchronization, imported information, or other convenience features. These features can be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or unavailable because of device settings, network conditions, third-party services, software errors, or other circumstances.

You should not rely on OurPod as the sole source for emergency information, medical or safety-critical reminders, legally required notices, or other information where a missed or delayed notification could result in serious harm.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate independent records or reminders for information that is important to you.

Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep OurPod available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

OurPod is an evolving service. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features or integrations as the service develops.

We may also temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service.

OurPod Software and Branding

Except for content provided by users or third parties, OurPod and its software, design, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to OurPod and are protected by applicable intellectual- property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of OurPod software, branding, or other intellectual property.

Ending Your Use of OurPod

You may stop using OurPod at any time.

Access may also end if a household owner removes your membership, if your account is disabled, or if we suspend or terminate access because of a violation of these Terms, a security concern, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service.

Requests concerning deletion of personal information are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurPod is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not make warranties that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that information provided through the service will always be accurate, complete, or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OurPod and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service, including loss of data, missed reminders, unavailable integrations, or interruption of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of OurPod and its operators for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to OurPod during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as OurPod develops or as legal, technical, or operational requirements change.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we may provide additional notice when appropriate.

Your continued use of OurPod after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
